問題原因：
kettle默認生成的各種配置文件儲存在C:\Users\Administrator\.kettle下面，sql 代理運行時則利用的system32管理員權(quán)限運行
解決方案：
找到C:\Users\Administrator下面的.kettle文件夾，拷貝到C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile下面即可，如果目標文件已存在，則直接替換
